On Friday afternoon, Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub discussed the arrests of 20-year-old Cosmo Dinardo - who was arrested earlier this week - and a man Dinardo described to police as his "cousin", Sean Kratz, 20, of Northeast Philadelphia.
Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub told reporters Friday that DiNardo's confession led investigators to uncover Patrick's body about a half mile away from the common grave "on top of a mountain".
21-year-old Tom Meo, 22-year-old Mark Sturgis, and Finocchiaro were last seen on July 7.
The confession comes after investigators arrested and jailed DiNardo on charges he tried to sell one of the victim's cars.
Patrick was shot to death by DiNardo on July 5 as the two were alone on the farm, prosecutors charge.
For good measure, DiNardo said he took the gun from Kratz and also shot Finocchiaro while he was lying face down on the floor, but claimed Finocchiaro was already dead when he shot him.

The mystery of the four men's disappearances transfixed the Philadelphia area over the past week, taking a grisly turn when human remains were discovered in a 12½-foot-deep grave on a farm.
Suspect Cosmo DiNardo attended a Catholic boys school with one of the missing men, Jimi Tar Patrick.
"When they (Meo and Sturgis) turned their backs on me, I shot Tom in the back", Dinardo allegedly told detectives questioning him, according to a criminal complaint.
Police say the Loyola University Maryland student didn't show up for work as a beer runner at a restaurant-bar in nearby Doylestown, CNN affiliate WPVI-TV said.
He poured gasoline over the bodies inside, set them ablaze and returned a day later to bury the three men inside a 12-foot-deep grave dug out with a backhoe. Even as the investigation stretched on for days, centering on a farm not far from the Delaware River, the Bucks County district attorney said he clung to hope that the men would be found alive.
Police also find Sturgis' auto nearby.
Widow Of Slain Police Chief Outraged After Suspect's Remains Found
Gregory Adams was the chief of police for Saxonburg when he stopped Webb at the Agway in Saxonburg on Butler Road. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in MA positively identified the remains of Donald Eugene Webb in MA .
He was arrested and released on bail in that case, but months later he was in trouble again when investigators say Kratz broke into the home of the witness in the June case and swiped several pieces of jewelry, which he resold for $345.
The person with knowledge of the confession said one of the men was killed July 5 and the other three were killed July 7. "I talked to him just about every day", said neighbor Bill Hale. According to the affidavit, he said Kratz shot Finocchiaro in the head as they were leaving a barn on the site. Weintraub has said authorities have found evidence in two different locations, but he did not specify where. They are targeted a large farm in Philadelphia belonging to DiNardo's parents according to Washingtonpost.
The multi-agency investigation into centered on a farmland property in Solebury Township owned by Antonio and Sandra Dinardo.
While authorities said they're making progress in the search, Weintraub also said foul play is suspected in the disappearances. They have a construction company and cement.
DiNardo has been charged with possessing a firearm despite an involuntary mental health commitment.
On Friday, even with Dinardo in custody, the extent and conditions of his apparent plea deal remained unknown, and he had not been charged in connection with the killings. Most recently, he was charged in February with burglary, conspiracy, criminal trespassing, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, according to court documents.
