The judge in the case declared a mistrial by hung jury on Saturday after 52 hours of deliberation failed to break the deadlock.
Though the jurors were unable to reach a unanimous verdict on any of the counts, District Attorney Kevin Steele has said that he plans to retry the case.
The experts are divided over whether a different prosecution strategy in the sexual assault case against Bill Cosby will produce a verdict - and just what that verdict might be - but we're going to find out, apparently.

Constand reported the alleged assault to Canadian authorities in 2005, requiring her and Cosby to give depositions before settling the case for an undisclosed sum in 2006.
However, in the same order, Judge Steven T. O'Neill placed strict restrictions on what the jurors can tell the media if the members agree to be interviewed.

"Jurors shall not disclose arguments or comments made, or votes cast, by fellow jurors during deliberations" - which means the media will learn nothing if they track them down in their Pittsburgh-area homes. "Never. Not once. If somebody would mention something, we would cut them off".
Meanwhile, County Executive Rich Fitzgerald confirmed to Pittsburgh's Action News 4 that all costs to Allegheny County from the Cosby jury being selected here will be fully reimbursed by Montgomery County.
The AP does not typically identify people who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they grant permission, which Constand has done. The judge, however, had ordered the five women and seven men not discuss the actions or deliberations of their fellow jurors.
