Bill Cosby is back in court for the sixth day of jury deliberations in his sexual assault trial.
The 79-year-old comedian faced three charges of aggravated indecent assault linked to the alleged drugging and molestation of a university employee in 2004.
Cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, the former director of women's basketball operations at Temple University, at his Cheltenham mansion in mid-January 2004.
"This is what happens, juries are stuck when a prosecutor seeks to put someone in prison for things that are simply not presented in the courtroom", said Angela Agrusa, one of Cosby's lawyers. She also criticized the judge, the accuser's lawyers and the media.
"How do I describe many, but not all, general media?"
The reaction to The Great Get Together has surprised even Brendan Cox
And it's not too late to organise your own Get Together this weekend with friends and neighbours. It was organised by Mrs Cox's husband Brendan on the weekend of the anniversary of her death.
Constand herself sued Cosby in 2005 and settled for an undisclosed sum. "He didn't know we are seeds ... uncovering the rape culture in this country", Kirkpatrick said.
"We can never underestimate the blinding power of celebrity, but justice will come", said Gloria Allred, an attorney who represents many of Cosby's accusers.
When the panel announced for a second time that they were deadlocked on Saturday morning, leading the judge to declare a mistrial, Allison dabbed tears from her eyes. Judge Steven O'Neill instructed them to keep working toward a unanimous decision.
But O'Neill gave them a special instruction required by law and sent them back to deliberate to see if they could settle their differences and reach a verdict.
Jurors returned to court on Saturday after more than 50 hours of deliberations, telling the judge that they remained "hopelessly deadlocked" on all counts with no expectation that a verdict could be reached by further deliberations.
A black woman would often be there ready to yell from across the street "I love you".
Atari's rumored new game console is reportedly PC-based
Brand licensing has also been more of a priority, with the Atari name planned for use in the upcoming Blade Runner 2049 film. That mini-retro console was a big hit despite only coming with 30 games and having wired controllers with short cables.
He reminded prosecutors and the defense that "a mistrial is neither vindication nor victory for anybody". Constand says Cosby gave her pills that made her woozy, then violated her.
From defense attorney Brian McMonagle: "There were no winners here but like the song goes you don't always get what you want but if you try sometimes. you get what you need". "We're not actors. We're real life people".
Cosby attained his greatest fame for his role as Cliff Huxtable on "The Cosby Show" from 1984 to 1992. He also found success with his "Fat Albert" animated TV show and starred in commercials for Jell-O pudding. But a judge ruled the deposition could be released. Cosby admitted to using Quaaludes with women in the 1970's that he wanted to have sex with. She said she began to feel woozy and her vision blurred. She then added with a small laugh, "We'll dip him in the water". Overtly arrogant and collaborating with the district attorney. Cosby was charged shortly before the statute of limitation was set to expire. "This is talking to a lover", McMonagle said of one call that lasted 49 minutes.
"We will evaluate and review our case ... and we will retry it".
Olivia Wilde retweeted justice writer Shaun King, who said, "How will our justice system sensibly hold ANY men accountable for sexual assault when the President of the United States gets away with it?"
Prosecutors argued Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted Constand.

Musical artist and producer Dready tweeted "Guilty or not, this trial will be a dark cloud over Bill Cosby's whole career forever".
